Project Brief: Modern Federation Homage

In this project, we aim to modernize a Federation-style home with a strong focus on entertaining. Our goals include introducing new joinery, defining the main bedroom with an ensuite and WIR, reconfiguring the open study for a better living space flow, and refreshing the exterior with paint, blinds, and a new porch facade. Our approach will seamlessly blend modern functionality with the classic aesthetics of the Federation era.
